Barre is a fusion of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training choreographed to music. It is a fun energizing workout at the ballet barre using exercise equipment such as balls, bands and small weights. C² Barre workouts lift, tone and sculpt as well as define and strengthen your core muscles.

Our BARREroom classes came about as a result of the inspiration of two longtime friends with extensive experience in Pilates, physical therapy and personal training.
The intention of our BARRErom was to design a program that left participants physically invigorated, motivated and with a real sense of achievement. Classes promise a unique and engaging way to get in shape and the energy and progress of students has lead the way in developing our effective mind-body routines.
