I first came to C2 in March 2012 to try a barre class. I kept hearing that barre was great and I wanted to see for myself if the experience matched the hype. I left that first class feeling completely exhilarated and, as soon as I got home that night, I signed up for another class. I had taken dance classes from grade school through high school, but it had been almost 10 years since I had taken any sort of group class. I immediately felt at ease in the welcoming, non-judgmental class environment. I am a runner and I struggle with occasional knee problems but the instructors have shown me how to modify exercises in order to address these problems. I have found the instructors to be professional and knowledgeable.
