Join Eliza for this 90 minute myofascial release "deep dive" which explores foam rolling as a way to detoxify muscle and connective tissue, to promote healthy lymphatic drainage and better circulation--all of which are critical in the spring time to assist the body in releasing build-up and excess fluids from the winter time-- while letting the detoxifying healing properties of infrared heat help facilitate your journey! The change of seasons can often be challenging for the body and is the quintessential time to slow down and practice intentional self-care as a way to ease from one season to the next. 

Eliza will guide participants through a gentle but thorough exploration of the body and share tips and tricks from Ayurveda which promote optimal transitions into springtime no matter your age, physical condition or experience level.
